To be fair both person fields and working domain is different, but the point is that if someone follow the regularly diet and exercise, that they can maintain their health easily.
Here are some goods habits for you. You can follow these habits and make your life more prosperous and successful.
- Wake up early in the morning.
- Drinks at least 4 liters of water in a day.
- Eat good food and do exercise daily.
- Eat at least one Fruits in day.
- Consume less oil and reduce consumption of butter, ghee or more oily products.
- Eat boiled chicken or non veg if you can.
- You can cheat your body once a week, there is no harm or effect to keep your body healthy.
- Always keep yourself calm and happy. It will help your hormones stimulate in a better way and make you happy.
- Go for quality sleep. Sleep at least 7 to 8 hrs in a peaceful area.
- Stop eating at least 1.5 hrs, before going to bed and stop drinking water for at least 1 hour before sleeping.
- Choose to not hurt any being, not even yourself, with your thoughts, words and deeds.
- Always speak truth kindly, without hurting another.
- Choose to not steal another’s peace of mind, rights, resources, movies, software, books, tools, techniques, or time.
- Learn new things always.
- Never ever depend upon a single income. So, start looking for second income from today. Because you would never know when would your company stop loving you. Always have a backup plan for income.
