Kabir Singh is a Hindi language romantic drama movie crafted and directed by Sandeep Vanga. The idea of Kabir Singh is taken from his own Telugu movie named as Arjun Reddy. The movie is a joint production of Cine1 studios and T-series. The movie scenes are being prepared from October 2018 till march 2019. After this film was released on 21 June 2019.
Kabir Singh can be said as a talent boosting movie for shahid Kapoor. In this movie he is presenting a brilliant yet impulsive stubborn young surgeon falls in love with a girl in his college and gets on a path of self-destruction after the girl of his life or his love was forced by her dad to get married. Plot of Kabir Singh Movie-
In the movie, Kabir Rajdheer Singh is a house surgeon at Delhi Institute of Medical Sciences. Despite being a scholar student, he served an anger management problem. This gave him an image of bully guy in college along with his friends. This nature of Kabir came Infront of college after he and his friends got in a fight with the opposing football team of their college. After the fight dean asked Kabir either to apologise or leave the college. Kabir chooses to leave initially but stays after meeting a first-year student Preethi.
After this incident Kabir fell in love with this new girl in his life and later on the girl also feel the same for Kabir. After completing his MBBS, Kabir left for mussoorie to pursue his master’s degree. After some time Kabir came to see Preethi and her father saw them kissing. This is the turning point in the movie. Now Preethi’s father forced her to marry a man from the same community as he disliked Kabir’s attitude and personality. Kabir gave a time of 6 hours to Preethi to take her decision and get unconscious for two days due to drugs. During this Preethi was forced to get married.
After this the movie turns out vigorously as Kabir became addicted to drugs and alcohol that leads to banning and suspension of his medical license. The end of the movie is suppressed to a happy ending as when Kabir saw Preethi pregnant and sitting in a park. Later on, when Preethi told Kabir that she left her husband just after a few days of marriage and she also told him that he is the father of the baby child. This leads to an ending with the marriage of Kabir and Preethi.

With an opening day domestic collection of 20.21 crores this become the highest opening day collection movie for Shahid’s career. The film has reached a box office collection of 136.65 crore all over the globe till 25 June.
IMDb rated the movie with 8.2 out of 10, while a book my show has rated the movie with 3.5 for critics and 4.6 as user rating out of 5. Along with this book my show has rated the movie as 88%. And the movie has become the highest grossing movie in Delhi NCR.
