  • 125gm white chocolate.
  • 2 lemons.
  • 400ml cold milk.

  • 1 ¾ cups of water.
  • 2 cups sugar.
  • 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • 1 to 2 tbsp freshly grated lemon zest.

This is a classic French dessert. This is a light and airy delight prepared by combining egg yolks with beaten egg whites. The lemon adds a punch of summery freshness to the dessert.

  • ½ cup plus 2 tbsp. granulated sugar.
  • ½ cup milk.
  • 1 tbsp grated lemon zest.

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour.

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt.
  • 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar.
